Our fixed-fee Residental Conveyance Purchase package includes all matters necessary for the effective conveyance of property to the buyer from the seller. It includes advice on basic searches conducted, adjusting all outlays and conducting the settlement. It does not include advice about contract terms prior to signing, variations to the contract of sale, complex or lengthy matters such as “Off the Plan” contracts or matters peripheral to the conveyance itself.
