  • What's included in a Family Estate Planning package?

    Our Family Estate Planning Package includes a 30 min consultation with a solicitor who will provide estate planning advice and recommendations and the preparation and execution of your Simple Will Couple and Couple Powers of Attorney. A simple will includes the appointment of a trustee/executor and the division of asset pool equally between four or fewer beneficiaries. Couple wills are mirrored terms for couples with identical wishes. Persons with Self Managed Superannuation, family trusts, private companies or complex wishes involving specific bequests will be classified as Complex Estate Planning Matters requiring an obligation free quote.

  • How much is a Family Estate Planning package?

    Our fixed-fee Family Estate Planning package costs $495 inc. GST.
